Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: A 60% advance contract payment is required, and the remaining 40% is due prior to delivery.

Manufacturing Duration: The agreed manufacturing period is 21 days, starting from the final approval of the shop drawings. Any design modification requested by the client after approval will restart the delivery timeframe calculation.

Furniture Manufacturing Period: The manufacturing period for furniture products is no less than 21 working days, starting from the final approval of the drawings.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on site conditions determined during the site inspection.

Floor Surcharges: An additional fee of a minimum of 500 EGP applies for each floor above the third floor.

Delivery Access Difficulties: In the event of delivery difficulties (such as narrow staircases, lack of a suitable elevator, or the need for a crane/hoist), the client will be notified in advance, and additional fees will be calculated based on the specific situation.

Lifting Equipment: The client must provide a lifting mechanism (crane/hoist) at their own expense if requested by the client or deemed necessary by the site conditions.

Quotation Validity: The quotation is valid for 3 days from the date of issue. Due to price fluctuations and market conditions, the company reserves the right to re-price the works based on prevailing raw material prices at the time of payment, without any liability on the company.

Site Readiness: To ensure work is executed to the agreed quality standards and timeline, the client is requested to ensure site readiness (flooring, paintwork, electrical work, and any other relevant requirements) at least 48 hours prior to the installation date.

If the team arrives and finds the site unprepared, the installation date will be rescheduled—in coordination with the client—to the earliest available slot in the execution schedule. Additional site visit fees may apply for re-attendance based on site conditions and required preparations.

Storage Service: To ensure client convenience and orderly deliveries, the company provides free storage for finished products for up to ten (10) days from the date of notification of readiness.

If delivery is delayed beyond this period for any reason, storage will continue—in coordination with the client—for a nominal fee calculated at (…%) of the total contract value for each week of delay or part thereof, covering storage costs and product preservation.

Handover Protocol: The handover report must be signed by the client immediately upon completion of installation. This signature serves as an acknowledgment of receiving the works in good condition and free from visible defects such as scratches, cracks, or visible damage.

If any visible defects are observed, they must be documented in the handover report at the time of inspection to be addressed accordingly.

The warranty provided by the company covers manufacturing or installation defects only and does not cover visible defects that were not formally noted upon handover.

Warranty Period:

• Kitchens and Dressing Rooms: A 15-year warranty on the main structure and manufacturing quality.

• Furniture: A 5-year warranty on the structure and manufacturing quality.

The warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, humidity, tampering, breakage, or unauthorized usage.

The warranty does not cover accessories and consumable parts (such as hinges, hydraulic springs, lighting fixtures, handles, and similar items).
